Acer bringt ein neues Netbook auf dem Markt, das Acer Aspire One D260. Der D260 hat einen Intel Atom N455 mit 1,66 Ghz Prozessor und 2 GB Ram verbaut. Das Display ist 10.1 Zoll mit 1024x600 Pixel, mit 200 Nit. Bei der Grafikpower setzt man auf GMA 3150 und es gibt optional 3G/UMTS mit dazu. Wifi b/g/n und Bluetooth 3.0+HS und 10/100 Ethernet, 3 USB 2.0 Ports, VGA Audio in/out und einen Multiformat Speicher Kartenleser. Die Festplatte ist entweder 160 GB oder 250 GB gross. Auch beim Akku kann man wählen zwischen 3 Zellen (4 Stunden Laufzeit) und 6 Zellen (8 Stunden Laufzeit). Der D260 wird im July auf dem Markt kommen. Der Preis ist im Moment nicht bekannt.
